Student Workers

How the student worker program works

In this program people learn horsemanship and interpersonal skills by doing farm chores. This will include a variety of jobs such as mucking stalls. attending to feeding and health care of a wide variety of animals and general farm upkeep.

Student workers are eligible to attend horsemanship classes at no cost as it is part of their training.

• Ages 11 and up

• Must be able to lift and carry 45 lbs.

• Mast be able to work independently

Financial Need

Students who can show a financial need can earn credits toward lessons. They are responsible to keep track of their credits.
